Sizes are subject to availability. Coats are sizes kids 4through adult XL. Please request a size on the form below. All request forms are processed and does not guarantee a coat for each entry.
Children must be under 18, or still enrolled in high school (grades 9–12).
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you do not receive an email, your request was not received.
If you do receive an email, we will contact you only if there are any issues with your submission.
Coats will be distributed on December 6, 2025.
No coats will be held after this date.
