About the Immaculate Heart Council

Our History
The Knights of Columbus Council #3604 has been serving St. Anthony’s parish and community in Hughson, CA since its founding in 1953. As part of the worldwide Knights of Columbus, we share in the Order’s mission of charity, unity, and fraternity, carrying forward the vision of Blessed Michael McGivney to strengthen our faith and support those in need.
What We Do
Our council meets every third Thursday to plan and carry out activities that bring our parish together and benefit our wider community. Signature events include our annual Crab Feed, Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner, Hot August Knights Car Show, and Chicken A Go Go fundraiser. We also support charitable efforts such as Coats 4 Kids and gather in prayer through our Holy Hour. These events not only raise funds for worthy causes but also build fellowship among members, families, and parishioners.

Our PuRPOSE
The purpose of our council is lived out in the daily service of our Knights. Whether assisting as ushers, serving as parish council members, acting as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, or offering their gifts as lecturers and leaders, our brother Knights work to strengthen the parish family and community. Everything we do—whether in fellowship, prayer, or service—flows from our call to build up the Church and to bring the principles of the Knights of Columbus into everyday life.
